In this study, to prevent environmental pollution and reduce rice production costs, the decomposition characteristics of biodegradable mulching for rice cultivation, which can be decomposed by microorganisms, were analyzed to confirm the applicability of direct rice cultivation technology. Three types of covering material samples were used as the test material. Sample A had a total weight of 80 g per 1 m3 and Sample B had 70 g, and Sample C used a covering material with a total weight of 60 g.
